Digimon Frontier Episode 13
The kids learn that a long time ago Lucimon was an evil digimon that was defeated by ten legendary warriors. After his reign, three digimon took over the world: Seraphimon, Ophanimon, and Cherubimon. The latter was corrupted by Lucimon, and almost destroyed the digital world.

Throw-in jokes are common for the Adventure 02 dub, but this particular episode is fond of making comments about the math the kids are doing, some joke PA announcements, or a running gag about jelly donuts in a pool - the transition from rather tense moments to the slapstick jokes sometimes lead to a rather jarring effect.

Adventure is the first anime in the series and aired in 1999. It focuses around 7 kids at summer camp who are transported to the Digital World. The first episodes focus on the children finding out that their Digimon partners can evolve, and on episode 13 they defeat the first villain, Devimon.
Adventure 02 takes place a few years after Adventure. It focuses on a new set of kids as well as some of the old ones. They are called back to the Digital World to protect it from the Digimon Emperor/Kaiser, who is enslaving the digimon.
Tamers takes place in a different continuity where the first 2 seasons are a TV show in-universe. A card game based around Digimon is very popular in this universe, and a boy who likes playing it, Takato, accidentally brings a digimon to life. It also focuses on 2 other characters who do the same, Rika and Henry.
Also, remember when Adult Swim ran tons of commercials and other forms of advertisements to ensure that people would take notice of Bleach? That is a trick question because they did neither of those things; regardless, enough people took notice of Bleach through sheer dumb luck that it's still around; this episode in particular features the denouement of the scuffle between Ikkaku and Ichigo, while the rest of the Soul Society intruders continue their separate ways to try to elude the Soul Reaper cabal.
I worked hard and tirelessly to find a way to work in the line "Scaramouche, scaramouche, can you do the fandango?" into this brief episode summary, but to no avail. So there it is for its own sake. Aside from being the undisputed best song ever made, this is also a fine episode of Cowboy Bebop, wherein the crew works hard and tirelessly to discover the culprit behind a series of heists at interstellar toll booths, with only a single chess piece as their only clue.
I know that this episode of Zatch Bell involves a plucky little mamodo named Victoream who simply loves melons. I know that. I am consumed, however, with a desire to know what on earth I must do in order for the words "Impact of the V! Very Melon!" to make any sense to me. Those are English words and letters, but under to current standards of English comprehension does that phrase make any cognitive sense. 041b061a72
